🚀 Getting Started
To list your server on osu!Server List, you'll need to create a server listing request. This process is simple and ensures quality across all listed servers.
Prerequisites:
- A Discord account (used for authentication)
- A working osu! private server
- A square PNG logo (recommended size: 256x256px or larger)
- Server must comply with our Listing Policy
📝 How to Submit Your Server
Step 1: Log In
Click the Login button in the top right corner and authenticate with your Discord account. This creates your osu!Server List profile.
Step 2: Access the Dashboard
Once logged in, click your username in the top right and select Dashboard from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Create Server Request
On your dashboard, you'll see your existing servers (if any) and a card with a + icon labeled "Issue a server creation". Click this card to open the server creation form.
📋 Filling Out the Form
Server Name
- Enter your server's name
- No spaces allowed — use hyphens (
-) or underscores (_) instead - Example:
My-Cool-ServerorMyCoolServer - This name will be displayed across the platform
Server URL (without protocol)
- Enter your production server URL without
http://orhttps:// - Example:
play.myserver.comormyserver.net - This is the main URL players will use to access your server
Devserver (without protocol)
- Enter your development/staging server URL without
http://orhttps:// - Example:
dev.myserver.comorstaging.myserver.net - If you don't have a separate dev server, you can enter the same URL as your main server
Categories
- Select all categories that apply to your server
- Available categories include:
- AntiCheat — Strong anti-cheat enforcement
- AutoPilot — Automated features
- Catch — osu!catch focused
- Mania — osu!mania focused
- Relax — Relaxed gameplay modes
- Standard — osu!standard focused
- Taiko — osu!taiko focused
- And more...
- You can select multiple categories that best describe your server
Logo Image
- Upload a PNG file only
- Square images (1:1 aspect ratio) work best
- Recommended size: 256x256px or larger for clarity
- Will be displayed as 64x64px with rounded corners
- Make sure your logo is clear and recognizable at small sizes
✅ Submission & Review
After filling out all fields, click the Create Server Request button.
What happens next:
- Ticket Created — Your submission creates a support ticket viewable in the Tickets section of your dashboard
- Review Process — Our team reviews your submission to ensure it meets our Listing Policy
- Approval — Once approved, your server goes live on osu!Server List!
- Notification — You'll receive updates on your ticket regarding the status
Tip: Make sure all information is accurate before submitting. Incomplete or misleading information may delay approval.
🎯 After Your Server is Listed
Once your server is approved and live, you can:
- Manage Your Server — Update description, banner, avatar, and settings
- View Analytics — Track player visits, votes, and engagement
- Team Management — Add additional team members to help manage your listing
Access all management features by clicking "Manage [YourServer]" from your dashboard.
